The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

I booked for 11. I was told that means we would be at capacity i said ok that's fine. 8 of my people were in one terminal and 3 right in the next terminal over. Their flight had landed early and they had their bags. The driver refused to go pick them up. Then told me he would go for $50. I only paid $78 for the whole ride why would I give you $50 to go 1 terminal over. He wanted to go back and forth until I finally said just drop off sir the other 3 will catch an Uber. The van was clean and ac blowing though.

Amazing service from booking to drop-off! Jairo was amazing and provided information on locations to visit and places to eat. I highly recommend Puerto Rico Green transportation!
