The two-hour Adventure Rafting on the Madawaska River is an active and fun challenge with everyone paddling in small 7-person rafts. Our skilled raft guide will introduce you to the river world - practice your strokes before entering the first rapid, called Staircase where you will be eddy hopping, surfing waves, and choosing the best route. Add-in moving water safety, scouting and reading the rapids - just like the voyageurs who navigated the Madawaska hundreds of years ago. And to get you in the swim of things, we'll body surf through rolling waves and float through Claudia's Roller. Minimum weight - 90lbs (41kg) Enjoy the Riverside Café before or after your trip for ice-cream, hot Panini sandwich,or home baked pastries, as well as the local favourite freshly roasted Madawaska Coffee!

Great experience. Together with my husband we went rafting for the first time in our lives. Under Guide was super professional and nice and always explained everything in detail to us. So we were able to implement their instructions very well. In the end, we even did a flip over that we practiced and talked through before. I felt super cared for and would recommend it to anyone.

I was their first a white water canoe training camp for a all women expedition in Nahanni River this August. I have no experience, never camped nor canoed. The experience was amazing. The food was surprisingly amazing - farm to table , prepared with live and care. Staff were kind, patient and it showed they loved what they do. I returned confident, energized and appreciative of our nature. Simply gorgeous , safe setting…. It is the Canadian experience
