You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The best experience ever. I took my wife there as a surprise anniversary gift. Did the 1 hour tour and was amazed. The view was amazing and the instructor /pilot was very knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with. I highly recommend. It was a check mark off our bucket list. I will be going back for another ride.

Well done 1000 Islands Helicopter Tours! Everything about the tour was amazing. We were greeted, briefed on procedures, and then taken on a wonderful tour, with not only great views, but a steady narrative on the 1000 islands history by the pilot. He also pointed out the most important landmarks as we went along. I can't think of a thing that could be done better to provide a memorable event in our lives. Many thanks from the O'Hearn family of Kanata and Richmond ON.
