You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Excellent guide!!! Very timely with the schedule and convenient to navigate the city. Weather wasn't great but we still sat up top for the awesome views!!!

Hard to find where the tour meets, our gps could not find, many places we asked didn't know about where or could help us. We lost about 2 hours tour time finding it..stick to grayline

Wonderful experience and I learned a lot. Would definitely recommend and my guide was great! Easy to take the hop on tour bus to location as well.
