We received our ticket confirmation. On the day of, we had no communication about where to go or times. We ran around to iconic places thinking we would find the bus, no luck. Mind you it's Feb, 20' outside and snow everywhere. When I opened the link in the email, it said "error". I figured we would work it out at the bus. We never found a bus. I reached out to the tour operator 3 times that day and there was no reaponse. When we got back to the room we called Viator. They said all the details were in the ticket info. However I could get there because the link didn't work.
Viator says they have to put in a refund request with the vendor and they would email me.
We just got an email, not from the vendor, but from Viator that we will not be refunded. $100 gone. I am livid.
