The customer service was very great, the tour guide was very polite, enjoys his job, and does an excellent job explaining the history behind everything we saw

This trip was on our bucket list & had been booked 6 months before our visit. The bus was 30mins late and driver was hassled and grumpy. There was no tour guide! It was unorganised and the driver gave very little information other than what times we had to be back at bus. We had booked lunch & boat cruise & he walked us all to boat area then backtracked and walked those of us who were booked for lunch, to the restaurant. It was not the restaurant advertised & due to the distance we had to walk none of us had the full meal as we had to rush to get to the boat. We then had to queue to get on the boat & after it, hurry back to the bus. We were then driven to the Welcome Centre and had an hour to look there. Unfortunately there had been an accident on the motorway and it took us 4hrs to get back to Toronto. Nothing was communicated by the driver to the passengers in this 4hrs & we only knew about the accident via our phones. Some of the other passengers thought the driver was lost and were worried. The managers response to my emails have been unsatisfactory with him saying there was a Tour Guide, which was NOT the case. Would NOT recommend this Tour, which is a shame as Niagara Falls is a beautiful place.

Niagara Falls was amazing. Our guide, Hiroon, was great. One thing I would say is skip the cruise meal combo and just do the boat cruise. Lilta T
