  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

No show The limo company was never contacted by Viator. Total fail The limo company and I tried to call Viator no response over and over

Big thanks to our driver Jim he came earlier than booked on our request, we had a long hold up at border control as we gad to do biometrics on our passports into the US from Canada which knocked his schedule out but still got us to the airport in time. Highly recommended
