I booked and payed the tour on december 17 2022, however I couldn`t take it because the guide wasn`t in the meeting point. I was looking the guide for a while, however I decided come back at home because I was waiting for around 1 hour and nobody arrive at the place. I didn`t recieve any mail about the cancelation tour or return my money.
