You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Booked it just one hour beforehand after the boat tour. It was rainy and cloudy but nonetheless all worthwile. They said I would be refunded if they deem the weather not ready to fly. But all worked out and my family took off for the first time in a heli. Be sure to book the video too! Ten minutes seems so short but you get to see as much as on the one hour boat trip with a totally different viewpoint. The trip was back in June 2019 but review does let me select only back to april 22.

Extraordinary experience in the winter! It was a surprise birthday gift for my husband and I nailed! All the staff was friendly and ease. The pilot made we feel really valued on my husband's birthday! It was such an unforgettable tour. We really appreciated flying over the Thousand Islands and the Castle and we highly recommend 1000 Islands Helicopter Tours.
