This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

    We have never been able to enter our ticket in the app. We spent 25 minutes on the phone with the customer service. They didn’t help. We couldn’t get a refund. In total we lost 12$ and 1 hour of our time.

    That's fascinating! I never thought that I'd have so much fun while I roam around Toronto. It is super insightful for tourists, visiting the town.
