When I called to inquire about this booking, I was told by the representative it was a round trip with two hours to spend in Toronto. The car service in Niagara Falls did not pick us up at the scheduled time. I was told by the car service they did not receive the email from Viator but said they would send someone to pick us up within the hour, however it was a one way trip only. This is not what I was told by Viator. I called Viator on Sept 12, spent about an hour on the phone trying to straighten this out and was told this would be escalated and someone would be in contact with me. It is now a week later and no one has contacted me. It was very disappointing that we did not get this trip to Toronto.

Steve,From Wheelz NiagaraTook our family of seven from ????????Toronto with a magical history tour to Niagarawhere we had lunch at Table Rock followed by the walk through the niagara tunnel’s with the view point through the falls,The Hornblower trip,A walk down the side of the falls onto the skylon tower,down to Niagara on lake Back to Niagara for evening meal and the night time falls view Back to Niagara-on-the-Lake,He was very entertaining & helpful,was absolutely full of information a brilliant guide tour,Nothing was a problem.the following day picked us up from Niagara-on-the-Lake and took us back to Toronto⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️????
