Meet your tour guide at Praia da Duquesa Beach for a quick safety briefing and introduction. Catarina was a fantastic guide for my first open sea swim in decades. She was patient and kind, ensuring I had drinking water and the right wetsuit and let me take things at my own pace. It was beautiful and took away my fear of swimming in the ocean. A highlight of my holiday.

I had a wonderful day with Swim together team. The morning we went for a 6 km trainjng swim and the afternoon a swimming tour to discover some caves in Sesimbra. You can count on there expertise to chose the right spots and organoze the perfect tour. They are also very serious about security. And most of all they are a group of ocean passionate and enthusiasts with nice values. I am very grateful to Andre and Catarina ... in one day i docovered two stunning places and experienced a moment of bliss while swimming in the caves. I am sure it is not my last swim for them. But next i will go for a camp over few days !
