I have used viator several times but this time was the only time there was no one there to pick us up very disappointed.Luckily we asked someone else at the airport who called and a driver did come

I booked a reservation and was emailed a ticket and confirmation. I also noted that an activity showed up on my credit card. About an hour prior to boarding my flight I received a text which did not specifically identify the sender as Viator but I was then able to determine who it was. The message said " WE Are booked today and unable to do the trip". I texted back, indicating that I had a ticket and my card was charged and I got no answer and then had to board my flight. When I git to Aruba I made other transfer accommodations. When I got to my hotel I received a text saying my driver would be "XXXX" and to text him. I was already in my room!

drivers were very personable and were on time both arriving at airport and hotel. whole trip went very well and was very relaxing.
