Enjoyable morning making pasta over a glass of white, Rosie and two reds. Hosts spoke excellent English, were engaging and fun whilst imparting some simple skills. Light lunch included (effectively the pasta you made). Age 50 to 60 couple in a group of just 4 so plenty of attention. Good fun with lots of laughter.

This was a great fun cooking class with lots of tips in making the Orecchiette pasta. We enjoyed wine while we made the pasta and it was followed by a very tasty lunch of several courses which included the pasta. Definitely recommend
