Had a great time making pasta (and wine was flowing). The only downside for me was that the group was very large and I couldn’t hear or see instructions from the other end … I had to watch the person next to me (and/or wait for instructor or helper to come around to each of us.

Fun experience…enjoyed learning a traditional pasta-making method and drinking some nice Italian wines. Group of about 12 people was just the perfect size!
