If you have an international phone number or encounter other technical difficulties, you must complete the game using WhatsApp or email. You can easily provide us with this contact information through a Viator message in advance of your hunt.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I was expecting to be given clues to get from point to point. Instead, we received a complete list of places to visit at the start. The destinations did get us moving around the city and it was fun to walk around to different spots, but they were all well known destinations. Instead of feeling like we were playing a game, it felt like we were following a guidebook. If you and your teammates are inherently fun and silly, you'll have fun with it, but you have to do the work yourselves to make it fun.
