Carmine, your professional winemaker and tour guide, will interact with you before your tour to ensure that your needs and interests are incorporated into the itinerary. Along the way, a truly delicious gourmet lunch will be provided in a beautiful vineyard location, with your wine flight. Domaine Serene, Dayton, Oregon, United States Although completely top-priced, I highly recommend this winery and tasting site. It is amazing in its facility and grounds. If desired, we often can set up extremely fancy wine tastings here. Wines offered include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Champagne-method sparkling wine and one Syrah/Pinot Noir blend.
Utopia Vineyard, Newberg, Oregon, United States Great wines on a spectacular hilltop in Ribbon ridge AVA.
& If you like the laid back, social pace of Corn-hole, you'll love Bocce' Ball! On a warm, sunny day it is nice to enjoy Bocce' Ball on our outdoor courts, and of course, wine tasting more than encouraged here.
Argyle Winery, Dundee, Oregon, United States Almost 100 producers of sparkling wine use our Pinot fruit, but only Argyle Winery has a full Oregon Sparkling (Champagne-style wine) tasting flight, all year. They were the first Oregon Champagne-style wine producer. Argyle is now owned by a large conglomerate, which makes it available in your area. What most Americans think of as champagne wines are traditionally made only of the grapes of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and/or Chardonnay. Argyle offers a sparkling flight, and traditional wine flights of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Nysa Vineyard, Dundee, Oregon, United States Situated on the top of the Dundee Hills with spectacular views, this is a do-not-miss hidden gem with aged Pinot Noir to taste (Example – their new release for 2023 was a 2015 vintage!) During the tasting flight you get two additional vintages custom selected by your initial responses to the wines. This is an elite Pinot Noir tasting!
Domaine Drouhin Oregon, Dayton, Oregon, United States This is a French-owned and operated winery; those who know Burgundian wines know this name. Both French and Oregon grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines are available to taste side by side. This place requires you to make the reservations directly. If this place is of interest to you, I will tell you our time to request.
Holloran Vineyard Wines, Dundee, Oregon, United States A hidden gem of a winery, with outstanding wines and great views. Small intimate tasting room. I feel that this is an exceptional winery for value and quality, and it’s my favorite in the Dundee Hills AVA. Their wines include the first set of planting of cool-climate varieties in the Willamette Valley, that of Pinot Noir, The last remaining original plantings of the "Draper Clone" Chardonnay, Resiling (more on this upon visit), newer plantings of Sauvignon Blanc, Tempranillo, and others, this place includes wines made from the Eola-Amity AVA (my personal favorite cool-climate AVA in Willamette Valley.)
Also, this place being "my favorite on several levels", I have set up a chef designed food paring board for you to enjoy at this place as a mid-day wine and food flight. 'A simple, but elite experience'. Very cool!
Sokol Blosser Tasting Room & Winery, Dundee, Oregon, United States Great and historic winery!
Here, we invite you to join us for "Farm & Forage", a culinary experience in a class all its own! We believe one of the best ways to fully enjoy our wines is to pair them with a carefully crafted tasting menu.
Following our “good to the earth” motto, we source from local purveyors and forage on our property, often finding mushrooms, nettles, salad greens, and more. Our esteemed culinary team, lead by Executive Chef Jonathan Jones, creates a 6-course tasting menu to provide an experience you won’t forget.
A few items to note as you plan for your experience: The “dine” portion of this experience is equivalent to lunch. The experience lasts approximately 2 hours. We kindly ask for no substitutions and are unable to accommodate dietary requests. Additional cost is associated with this food experience and do to low tourism issues here in Willamette Valley: seasonally and daily restrictions exist with this potential excellent foody option.
Patricia Green Cellars, Newberg, Oregon, United States The current release tasting includes 5 current vintage Pinot Noirs and a white of our selection. Your host will present in-depth information about our history, winemaking process, the vineyards we work with, terroir, and clones that make up each distinct wine. These private, seated tastings last approximately 60-90 minutes.

We had the BEST time visiting wineries with Carmine. We gave him our preferences and he chose the locations, all of which we loved. Being new to the area, we learned so much about the history of wine making in Willamette from Carmine that provided context & made our day even more special. He provided clean & comfortable door-to-door transportation, set up the appointments, and kept us on time. We highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a relaxing day sipping wine and soaking up the beauty of the Valley.

Carmine is seriously serious about wine. As a vintner himself, he understands the ins and outs of wine making. This tour was by far the most educational wine tour I’ve ever been on. The wineries that he chose were each unique and wonderful. The wines each had their own character. I would highly recommend Carmine to anyone interested in learning about and trying the varying wines and styles of Willamette Valley!
