You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Steven and the other drivers were very accommodating. They came to find us at Port, they made sure everyone was comfortable and even made sure to slow down for bad weather. Would absolutely recommend!

Communication when we had to cancel were NON existent.
I called, texted and emailed. Emails have still never responded.
I did have a few returned texts 7 days later, but only once I advised I was going to have my Credit Card Company handle it.
The situation was one passenger was Positive with Covid so the entire group was not going to cruise. I advised them one day before and did not expect to receive my money back for that leg, But wanted to be sure they didn't waste any resources in attempting to pick us up.
I did however expect to receive my Money back for the return leg, But the Company has failed to respond in a professional manner.
As Travel agents I would suggest using a more credible company as we are deeply saddened by the unprofessional manner we have been treated.

This is a amazing transportation company, the Mercedes sprinter van we used was very nice and clean, the driver was very friendly and on time. My family of 5 plus another family of 3 all had plenty of room with 10 bags.
