Walt Disney World Park Hopper Tickets

Tired to get booked onto Tron. The app kicked me out after been awake from half 6 to get my family into the queue. I then contacted someone from Disney who told me I could pay an extra $120 to get lighting passes to get onto the ride. I have two autistic kids and this is a holiday for a life time for them. I am totally disgusted with Disney all it seems is they want money from there guests and don’t want their guest to be happy.

Just returned from 15 nights in Orlando with my family of 10.Researched well before going but we were so shocked at how Disney has become a money grabbing machine so different from our last visit 10 years ago. Parking $25 per car so we had 2 cars instead of 3.Food and drink cost is high,where has the refillable soft drinks gone and the salad bar in Magic Kingdom.Not a lot of choice on the menu either.Gift shops overpriced. It was much busier than previous visits due to the Genie + and Lightening Lanes.We decided not to purchase these so felt like second class citizens pushed to one side.If people didn’t purchase these Disney would scrap them but not while they are making money.Loved the old fast pass free to all. We always arrived at the parks at opening time but due to Disney guests having early access popular attractions already had 60 min waits.When we stayed at the Wilderness Lodge just one park each day had early access not all of them.There are now so many Disney hotels with more being built. Having techy people in our group no app problems,I even liked ordering food through it.We never waited more than 50 mins for an attraction,moving on when waits became longer often leaving for a few pool hours before returning.Hurricane warnings cleared the parks so we were able to have quick access to attractions such as the Mine Train,Navi River and Guardians of the Galaxy.Not keen on all the space and 3D attractions more of a Small World person. Probably won’t return even though we had a wonderful time,the family couldn’t afford it.Back to an all inclusive in Greece.

We have been visiting Disney World for around 17 years and this year has been the most disappointing. Disney is only interested in their Genie+ customers we joined the line for the Seven Dawf Mine Train it said there was a 60 minute wait 120 minutes later we are ready to ride the Genie+ line was flying on the ride while we stood and didn’t move. The other problem we had this year was the number of ride that broke down the new Stars Wars Rides, Pirates of the Caribbean, Run Away Mine Train , Slinky Dog, Tower of Terror while we were riding it this is only a few of the rides that broke down in a 2 week period some more than once. I contacted Disney they did reply but were not interested maybe next year we will be spending our holiday in Universal Studios.
