    We have been going to Disney World for over 35 years( and Disneyland as well). As reviews noted, Disney World has gotten amazingly expensive and challenging to navigate. We did have fun and made some great family memories that we are still talking about . We managed to keep our wait times down with Genie plus and we purchased two rides with the ILL . We do long for the old days .... and it is sad that Disney is pricing out of the market for so many families... we definitely set a budget and stayed off property to do this. We did have fun riding and we did manage to ride many rides but we did have to plan a lot financially and time wise including being up at midnight to get the Genie plus and up by 7 am to get our favorite rides so we could make the most and not have to stand in long line( for example to ride Slinky Dog.) I wrote at Christmas that this is just super challenging and I see in the reviews here sadly how it is impacting what can be a wonderful place. I understand Disney at it's heart is a publicly held company and wants to make money. That point is made ! At least for us, staff were friendlier this time around...during covid some were down right angry and we tried to stay away from them and we found still last Christmas there was still a lot of workers unhappy . This time was better and for that we are thankful. We really do love our old and new memories and hope we can keep coming. I hope this review is helpful . Oh and absolutely if you want to go to the popular restaurants get your reservations ASAP. Sci Fi restaurant and Oga's were very challenging to get into .... we did get reservations enough in advance but I felt sorry for people coming up to find out that they could not get to go.

    The only positive things on this trip was the cabin and bus drivers; the parks were very over priced and I noticed a almost 25-30 increase in restaurant prices especially those requiring reservations. Base tickets, on-site hotels, dining, etc. is no longer for middle-income based families.

    The hotel signia Hilton was fine with no complaints. Universal studios was well managed but ridiculously expensive. Magic kingdom seems old and tired. Same attractions for the last 25 years Getting out of the park to find your car was a nightmare took a full hour!! Absurd. Wont return ever again
