I have to say that this was one of the best hiking trips that we have ever done and it was all down to Anne's detailed guidance.
We had several requirements for the group and many last minute changes and Anne tried her best to accommodate us.
Norway is a logistically difficult country and hiking in the fjords is not as easy from a planning perspective as the rest of continental Europe. To get to the good hikes, we need to drive, take ferries, and avoid road closures and preparing for all of this is almost impossible without a team like Norway Adventures. They sent us detailed notes and recommendations to make sure that everything flowed very smoothly.
We were tight on time and we wanted to get a lot done, and we did, and it was spectacular. The hikes they selected were perfect and varied so it's not just steep uphill fjord hiking every day (although it is always steep if you want to get the best views).
Anne also gave us other recommendations for activities and restaurants and all the advice was highly appreciated it. She was always a phonecall away and ready to help.
If you have never been to Norway before, it is more beautiful than you can imagine but there is also a lot of distance to cover. Be prepared and pray for good weather.
