Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We had the bus pass for two days- great value and service. Service was on time and drivers were friendly and helpful.

We bought two days ticket. The stops covered all the most important spaces to stop and visit. But during the first day, we had trouble finding the first meet-up point and no one we asked seemed to know where it was (we asked our hotel receptionist, and three people in the streets, and google maps did not have it on. We finally found it near the Opera House. Your signs are too small.

Horrible instructions for pick up and drop off locations. No signage posted anywhere. Waited over an hour between two locations before giving up.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
