The cruise was fine just a member of public who was interrupting the trip as he kept trying to talk to the driver as they was doing the tour guide

The boat trip was excellent, the crew on the ground were helpful and friendly, Sophia’s commentary was just right. Our only negative comment is that we didn’t get any information about how to get to Kings Staith and where best to park. As a result of this lack of information we had to change from our booked trip at 12pm to the 1.30pm. Luckily our plans allowed us to do this and City Cruises could accommodate us, otherwise we would have lost our money

Went on a cold but dry day and waited for the 2.15pm boat. It arrived on time but they kept us waiting outside in freezing temperatures for 15 minutes. They then let us on the boat and waited half an hour before moving off. We chose this boat because it said the inside cabin was heated, unfortunately it wasn't. The trip itself lasted 45 minutes and to be honest there was very little to see. Can not recommend this trip and would advise you not to waste your money.
