We offer pickup from any hotel in Dubai. For pickups from a residence or apartment, a private vehicle booking is required. Pick-up times vary throughout the year based on sunset times. Generally, expect pickup between 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm. We will confirm your exact pick-up time via email or phone call around noon on the day of your excursion.   • Not recommended for pregnant women in their third trimester
  • At the camp there is running water and clean bathroom but no shower
  • One backpack or luggage not more than 50 cm in height is allowed per guest
  • The rate for a private vehicle depends on the total number of participants including children 11 and below.
  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers after their second trimester. A private car booking is then nessesary.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This was a great experience overall, and I would highly recommend this company. All of the activities were great and our group and my 3-year-old very much enjoyed the entire experience. Our one complaint was that the stone house we stayed in was very hot and stuffy! We were told that it would be cold in April, but it was very warm, we did not even need a jacket or sweater. I would recommend that they would offer a fan. Many of the guests slept outside because it was very hard to sleep inside. We did the overnight in April and the stone house was way too hot to sleep in. Other than that, it was a great experience.

This tour was well worth the money spent. Great experience if you want to escape Dubai and experience the Emirati desert and gain an understanding of Bedouin culture. I chose the overnight option of staying at the camp for one evening. I highly recommend this tour and would do it again next time I visit Dubai. All tour personnel from hotel pickup to desert safari to dinner/cultural events at the camp were highly professional, enthusiastic and always willing to help -- nothing is of trouble if you ask them. Top quality customer attention and service. I love that the host company - Platinum Heritage -- emphasizes sustainability and eco awareness for their tours.

What an unbelievable experience!! Highly recommend it ! Jacob our guide was awesome!! He gave us a tour from the time we got in the car. Once we got to the camp it was so much fun!! The forms have electricity and the food was superb! The Safari was incredible and the camp was clean and comfortable. Don’t worry about a thing it’s safe and comfortable. You must do this!!
