We invite you to the "Farm of Oysters Scythia", located on the Tiligul estuary coast. Scythia oysters have a soft flesh with a delicate sea aroma and a sweet nutty finish. Oysters tasting at this place give you a strong advantage to get on the table oysters, which were just taken from the water. In contrast to imported oysters, which need 5-7 days delivery time. Also you can spend a perfect time there: lying on the beach, sailing the boat, enjoy the kitesurfing or just view the local nature in the fresh air.

Roman was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide, and was very accommodating. His focus is on excursions which are outside of Odessa and his trip was the highlight of our time in Odessa. The tour itself revolves around going to a nature reserve, which has a cafe that sells oysters farmed in the lake, as well as other types of fresh caught seafood. Their food was fantastic and the place was only filled with locals showing it was a great spot.

We took two tours with Roman - an estate wine tasting and a trip to an oyster farm. Both were fantastic. It was easy to communicate with Roman and he was organized and punctual. He’s a pleasure to chat with in the car and his enthusiasm for Odessa and the region is infectious. We would recommend him to any of our friends visiting the city.
