This five-hour tour will give you the opportunity to escape Lima for just a few hours, or an entire day, and see the sights to the south of Lima. Watch as the local fishermen bring in their catch or repair their colorful vessels alongside of the Chorrillos Bay. Peruse a sea-side fish market and take in the views of the beautiful Costa Verde from atop the Morro Solar. Learn of Lima's largest Incan ceremonial complex and hike up a centuries old pyramid to observe where the Andes meet the Pacific. Although this is the perfect mix of local culture, archaeological history, and diverse countryside, you can make it even better by choosing the Dancing Horses Option. Add on a tour to a local hacienda and experience the unique Peruvian El Paso Horse along with typical dances and a deliciously prepared garden lunch.     Our first stop will be at the Chorrillos Bay where we will observe local fishermen bringing their catch, mending their nets or touching up the paint on their rustic, eye-catching, colorful boats. We'll also observe Pelicans and visit the sea-side market directly across the street.

  • Pachacamac, Lima, Peru
    Lima's largest pre-Colombian archaeological site, the Ruins at Pachacamac. The complex, which extends for over 500 hectares, was once a very significant ceremonial site for the late Incan Empire. As you tour with your guide you will have the opportunity to stretch out your legs a bit with a 20-minute hike up to the Temple of the Sun; allowing for some breath-taking views of the Lurín Valley and Pacific Ocean below (for those who prefer a tour with minimal walking you can admire the view of the temple from our private transportation.)

    From the wharf we will climb up the iconic Morro Solar in our private transportation giving you a great vantage point to observe the Southern Coast of Lima, also known as the "Costa Verde" by locals.

Our guide Nataly and driver Jorge were an absolute delight. They were so easy to converse with and we laughed a lot. The tour was very interesting from the fishing village of Chorrillos to the ancient site of Pachacamac. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs being in a wheelchair. This trip is to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Gaby, our guide on yesterday’s Highlights of Lima tour took a photograph of us and Nataly made a watercolour painting of us set in Pachacamac, which she presented to us as a gift. Lisa, the owner of the company, also sent us a gift of chocolates. So very thoughtful. Integrity tourism is a professional company and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone visiting Lima.

We had a great time touring the archeological sites with Marco from Integrity Tours. He was very entertaining and knowledgeable. Trip was well worth the time and cost.

We had a fabulous day visiting the Pachacamac ruins and Los Ficus Hacienda. We visited the ruins in the morning, and our guide was well versed in her history of the ruins and the archaeology of the area. That was followed by our visit and tour of Los Ficus Hacienda where we were able to see the Peruvian Paso horses. Our guide there was passionate about the horses as she showed us the stables and introduced us to each of the horses. After a thorough tour of the grounds, we were treated to a demonstration of the training of the horses and a show. To top off the time at the hacienda, we were treated to a delicious lunch. The whole day was amazing. If you have the time to take this tour, it is well worth your time.
