This 4-course workshop lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is a great introduction to the world of paella and Spanish cuisine.  You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind our club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organize in groups of two per cooking station, where they will find every utensil and ingredient needed to cook each paella in a fully immersive and dynamic matter. Depending on the amount of guests, several paella recipes will be made so that guests get to taste and learn how to cook more than one type of paella.  You will feel at home while our staff guides you through our "10 secret paella steps." As a preview, we'll give away one of the 10 secret steps: Step 1—take a sip of our premium wine. After the workshop is over, while the paellas are finishing cooking, you will sit and enjoy other courses made by our chef as well as your paella creations with Catalan wine pairing.

Our evening at The Paella Club with our group of 14 was unforgettable, and reserving the entire space for a private event made it even better. The intimate setting allowed us to fully enjoy the experience together, making it feel extra special. The staff were absolutely delightful, bringing so much energy and charm to the night. They created a fun, welcoming atmosphere that made cooking authentic paella an absolute joy. From the endless wine to the laughs we shared, every moment felt like a celebration. The paella we made was incredible—easily one of the best meals of the trip. The combination of hands-on cooking, delicious food, and laughter-filled moments made it a truly unique and memorable experience. If you’re looking for an activity in Barcelona that combines great food, wine, and fun, I highly recommend The Paella Club. Booking it as a private event takes it to the next level!

This was one of the highlights of our entire trip! Kira and the guys were fun and amazing hosts and the class was so much fun! Learned a lot about paella and loved that they used all local ingredients!

This was by far my favorite experience so far in Spain! It was so wonderful and the chef was AMAZING! We had a blast! My husband is usually one to be shy too but he got DOWN in this kitchen and I saw a side of him I don’t usually see because of the chef and the people that made us feel so comfortable! We enjoyed making and eating all the food and would definitely recommend this to EVERYONE! If you’re coming to Spain, this is experience that is WORTH having! Loved it so so much and hope to come back again!
