Great trip out to the hole. The team indicated that due to swell we might not get to th hole in the rock, but we were fortunate enough it was calm enough to get there. It was too turbulent though to pass through the rock. Nice stop on an island for lunch on the return trip where you could do a hike or go for a swim. The tour can drop you back in either Russell of Paihia and the ferry service runs regularly to take you back to Paihia if you stop and explore Russell. Great day out!

It was soo good. Definitely we didn’t have to go to the hole in the rock with that weather. That part was so awful and we really passed a bad hour. The trip is super recommended. Only that, it isn’t worth to watch the hole with that waves.

Great day Got to see and hear about the different islands Also was lucky we got to go through the hole in the rock Then we stopped at a island for around 1.5hrs
