Did a 4 hour trip to the waterfall and did not know about the bear rescue centre till we got there. Mixed feelings on this as I hate to see big wild animals in cages but if they have been rescued then it's a good thing as long as it's not a zoo type situation.
The waterfalls are really nice the big one is pretty amazing. We did a bit of a climb to the steps and then had a lovely ice cold swim. There are those fish that like to see if your tasty though! Not biting or anything but they make you jump

I would definitely say to anyone - do visit the Bear Sanctuary and please do support the project - it's the last hope for these beautiful, charming beings who are under massive threat from poaching. It's a centre to learn about these magnificent and yet vulnerable creatures who really need our help. So do visit and please do support!
