As is first time in Pakistan I decided to use a tour operator. Everything was arranged via email and WhatsApp and that was only good thing. Everything started to go wrong when my flight to Gilget got cancelled. The flight 6.30 AM No fault of the tour company but they were not available to assist as I was stranded at the airport. Asif phone was off and didn’t respond till 12PM. As a tour operator they have a responsibility to see their clients start safely with their trip. Then he arranged to drive to Gilget after paying a another 19K rupees expecting to get my refund on the air ticket. Arrived at the hotel 3AM the morning which also sub standard hotel no hot water in the mornings. The staff of the hotel were very nice and helpful. The next to my surprise the driver didn’t understand English at all. He was actually not experienced and didn’t what he supposed to do. What a big disappointment . Phone Asif regarding the issue and arrange a a supposedly guide but also didn’t know all the places. The worst thing he took the money refunded of the ticket which I never agreed to pay the guide. The second hotel was even worse. Will attach pictures therefore no need for explanation. Only the last hotel was a bit better but same hot water issues.He also did not communicate with me about the road block to Skardu. Very disappointed in Asif
