  • If your flight is canceled on the day (due to weather conditions), a full refund will be given. Your booking will be transferred to the following day, subject to availability

Due to the strong wind and cancelled the fly in Capoddocia, I immediately book the trip via iLKEM when I was on my way to Pammukale. iLKEM replied me quickly and arranged the hot air ballon fly for my family of four in Pamukkale. The price was much cheaper and reasonable. Would like to recommend to anyone who wants to have this special experience.

The ride was amazing.Everything was as described. Our hotel pick up and drop off was comfortable and on time. Our tour operator ilkem was very helpful with his quick replies and insights. Would highly reccomend this.
