Wonderful tour with Joey Herrera. He took us all over the city, wandered through old town where we saw things we never would have without Joey as our guide. Went to the Panama Canal (he timed it perfectly) so we could see the imax movie about the canal with no wait and to see ships passing through the locks. A wonderful tour. We felt we really got to see a great overview of Panama City. Joey is very personable and happy to adjust to your preferences of things to see and do. Thanks Joey!

Everything was as described. Our guide was on time to pick us up and had bottled water for us when we got in the car. He was knowledgable and answered all the questions we had. The tour went smoothly and we were able to walk up the Ancon mountain for great views of the city.

We had an 8 hour layover in Panama and booked a tour with “Amazing Private City tour.” Jose picked us up at the airport and was very communicative as to where he would be waiting. He was knowledgeable about the city’s history and answered all our questions. We started the tour at the Panama Canal and we’re fortunate enough to see the am oil tanker make its way through the locks. We then went on a short hike to see the city, the locks, and old Panama from a Birds Eye view. He suggested a local deli with fresh bread and a delicious breakfast . He gave us options which was comforting due to our schedule and also took us down to the harbor for some shopping. Jose is bilingual Spanish/English and is easygoing. We strongly recommend this tour!
