LUIS MORALES and his team provide the most complete and exceptional travel service one could ever hope to experience. His driving skill, and his reliability inspires confidence whether it be a transfer, a tour or extensive travel in Panamá. I’ve used him for each type of travel. He has encyclopedic knowledge of the what, when and where to fully enjoy this wonderful country. He’s a super problem solver with an uncanny way of providing what you need- often before you mention it. Luis is extremely well connected and helped me to navigate the medical system when I needed surgery. He found the right surgeon, organized appts. and provided assistance for many concerns. A huge bonus is that he is an authorized Spanish/ English translator. This was incredibly helpful. Luis is a true professional; caring fun and easygoing, no matter what. Nothing is too much trouble. Luis deserves a 10 out of 5 for all of the above. He and his agency really make one feel like a VIP!!

Luis Moreno of VIP experience tours is more than a guide - he goes above and beyond for his clients. Instead of just transferring us to a hotel when my son got sick, Luis took us to a pharmacy and then a clinic. My son was very ill and Luis waited hours with us for the doctor to check him. Afterwards, Luis made sure we had everything we needed. He was patient and made a horrible situation better. He genuinely cares about his clients
