Our driver/representative will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your first and last name in the reserved transportation section, specifically at gate 4 (P4).

If you don't see our representative at the meeting point, please contact our 24/7 assistance line via call or WhatsApp. If you don't have roaming, you can use the airport's 30 minutes of free WiFi. In any of the above cases, please make sure to locate yourself and wait in the indicated area.

We understand that sometimes there can be significant flight schedule changes. In such cases, we kindly request passengers to contact our assistance line upon arrival so that we can assign the nearest available unit. We appreciate your understanding in such situations, as it may result in some waiting time.

If you don't see our representative at the meeting point, please contact our 24/7 assistance line via call or WhatsApp. If you don't have roaming, you can use the airport's 30 minutes of free WiFi. In any of the above cases, please make sure to locate yourself and wait in the indicated area.

Important Note: Occasionally, some passengers with minimal luggage (carry-on bags or backpacks) are directed to exit through Terminal 1 by the airlines. Please wait in the reserved transportation section, specifically at gate 4 (P4)."

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
