A journey from the Pacific to the Atlantic sounds impressive, in Panama, it's an hour trip, make it unforgettable on The Panama Canal Railway. The first inter-oceanic railway’s tracks ride right along the Panama Canal through the lush rainforest. In Colon, we’ll go to the San Lorenzo Protected Area reaching a UNESCO World Heritage Site, The ruins of the spanish fortification of El Castillo de San Lorenzo El Real de Chagres. There we'll explore the rainforest and appreciate the tales of this historical area. You will ride on the TRACKS which laid the foundation of a country built off TALES of wealth and glory. Drop-offs are 2:00 pm approx. *This tour is only available on weekdays (Monday-Friday).

John Acosta is very personable with extensive historical and current knowledge of the Panama Canal Zone. In addition he was able to explain the current cultural climate. The information John provided was so extensive it is impossible to provide in this review. If we ever go back to Panama we would have John be our guide.
