I had already reported my negative experiences about Etihad Air’s Stop Over program here.
In good faith, I had additionally ordered a payment of 119,- Euro for the third night. I'm running after that money now. Etihad's stalling tactics are increasingly proving to be perfidious. You are put off, promised , you even get a so-called case number....NOTHING happens!
Ergo: It is promised that the hotel will be reserved...and for months...to then inform shortly before entry that a reservation was impossible due to the high season. Yes, it's in the fine print - you'll be referred to that - but you'll be led to believe for months on end that everything is going smoothly! It will be criminal at the latest if the repayment is still not made!!!! CAUTION . I can only warn you here!
