The boat left half an hour early without warning and left us on the dock. Viata refused to refund our money. It was 135 Euros. This is shocking to me.

An experience to remember!! They cater us a birthday party and everything was amazing. The staff extremely polite and helpful, the owner Mr Dino even played his guitar and sang with us. The ship is stunning and the whole trip from Latch to Blue lagoon... OMG, I fully recommend

We booked and payed the trip online, got the details in email. They changed the transfer's pick up time from 9:20 to 8:20 and did not inform us about it, and we missed it. When we called them they realised the problem, that they forgot to tell us about the change, said they will contact the driver and call us back. Acutally we called 3 times, every time promised a call back, and it never happened... Later we emailed them about this situation, we are still waiting for the refund. We are very dissapointed, waiting for their call back we missed every others options for trip to Blue lagoons
