This is a spa experience like no other. Cruise the beautiful coastline as you receive massage and detox treatments, and indulge yourself in a range of wellness activities. The relaxation starts as you board the luxury double-decker catamaran – the Doctor Fish Ocean Spa. As it glides along the Bavaro coast, you’ll get to grips with Pilates and yoga, and indulge in traditional massage and detoxification treatments – all served with a generous helping of beautiful Caribbean scenery. Next up, you’ll get off the boat for some in-water relaxation time on a floating mattress. When you return to port, you’ll make your way to a nearby aquarium for a treatment with a difference – sit back as a tank of garra rufa fish exfoliate your feet by nibbling at them, leaving them feeling silky-smooth. And there’s also lunch to look forward to.

The doctor fish nibbling on my feet tickled but was fun. The yoga was very relaxing as was the massage. The foot detox was fascinating. Everything and everyone was top notch. Highly recommend.

Our day with Dr. Fish Ocean Spa was nothing short of magical. Pedro, our multilingual host, was absolutely perfect—welcoming, attentive, and ensured everyone had a memorable time. The experience began with Garra Rufa fish therapy, a fun and ticklish way to start the day that left our feet feeling super soft. Once onboard, we eased into a calming Bio Pilates session that truly set the tone for the rest of the day. One of the highlights was lounging on the heavenly floating loungers—a surreal and peaceful moment that made it easy to forget the rest of the world. As we enjoyed a light, delicious lunch and wine, we were treated to views of trained dolphins at the adjacent dolphin and stingray encounter area. While we didn’t participate in the encounter, watching the dolphins perform was a unique treat. The massages onboard—head, back, and foot—were divine, melting away any stress. Add to that the serene cruise along Bávaro Beach, stunning coastal views, and the relaxing ambiance of the spacious boat, and it all felt like a slice of paradise. This tour is perfect for anyone seeking a blend of relaxation, unique experiences, and breathtaking scenery. If you’re in Punta Cana, it’s an absolute must-do!

Excellent trip, well organized. Pedro , group lider is charming, smart, spoke all languages, carring. We had a blast. We had dolphins performance as a cherry on the top. I gave only 4 stars because equipment was so old, ripped matrasses and shades, yoga matts useless. Bring the towel and cash for tipping.
