I am very happy with my bag ♥️ with Chanel products, and the young lady was so sweet and had a great patient explaining every detail. It’s worth it, I’ve received many compliments since the first day wearing my beautiful bag. I love it I would do it again when go back to Paris!!!

Bought as a present for my daughter and a friend, who really enjoyed the process. However, it is not clear at any point (especially at the point you purchase) that there are very limited options for the purchase price and just about everything costs extra. It is also not always clear what costs extra and how much (surprised to find at the end that lining with a zip cost extra, vs lining without a zip). To be clear, they really enjoyed it and bags are lovely, but you should expect to pay more than the booking price. I was disappointed that the gift ended up costing their own money, which they had not budgeted for.

I wish I had done this at the beginning of my trip so I could sign up again! Especially after learning what works best. Regardless, it was an awesome experience for everyone there, including non-sewers. I’ve recommended it to my FB sewing group some of whom Have already signed up for a class during their upcoming visits. 10/10!!!
