Perfect overview tour of the city! We arrived early in the morning and couldn’t check in to our hotel so we stowed our luggage and Loris picked my parents and I up from our hotel. He was very personable and knew the city well. My mom was having issues with her knee and couldn’t do a lot of walking. Loris spoke with the security guard at one stop and arranged for my mom to use the elevator that’s normally off limits to the public. We saw all the major tourists spots and a few hidden gems. He offered shopping suggestions and restaurants to try during our visit. I would definitely use his services again when I return to the area.
