I had a fantastic time! Wallid is super knowledgeable and considerate and makes the experience so customizable. We had a phone call about a month before the trip planning everything I wanted to see. This tour was during a layover between flights, so I was a little nervous about the timing, but Wallid was super efficient and effective, and I saw so much without feeling rushed. And as a female solo traveler, I felt very safe with this tour; he even gave great advice on helping me get out of the airport and to our meeting point and ensured I got something to eat before and after the tour. Wallid is super personable. During the tour, I felt like I was walking around the city with a friend. He makes a lot of the history a conversation and leans into your interests instead of a straight info dump. I went on this tour solo in November 2022, but it was so much fun I'm booking another with my husband for this summer.

We spend a fantastic day with Walid. He is a great storyteller and has many funny anecdotes to say! I recommend it absolutely if you want to visit and understand the city!
