    You booking failed!!! The tickets did not arrive in my email box as promised. We spent an hour trying to use the Viator voucher at ticket office at the arch!! We searched through my email boxes, plus junk box, NOTHING!! We even requested new tickets, all that was emailed was the same vouchers, two to three times. We ended up buying new tickets to access the Arch. Please make the relevant refunds. Thank you… ????

    Ticket would not download lost our money and experience Will not book with Viator . Now your computer will not accept my comments unless I write more
