Brilliant croissant making class to round off our Paris trip. Best croissants I’ve ever tasted and the lady was really patient and helpful in showing us how to make croissants and panis chocolat. The class was Very technical and you need a lot of strength to knead and roll the dough so not suitable for children/teenagers. Hygiene standards were excellent. Definitely recommend and would do it again. You also get the recipe to try at home!

This croissant making class surpassed my expectations. Julie, our instructor, was a great teacher, patient, encouraging, and an amazing baker. I learned techniques that I never knew were a thing. While we waited for our croissants to bake, she offered and made us coffee so that we could enjoy our baked goods with a warm beverage. I loved every minute of the experience. Julie was the one who made it so fantastic plus learning to make croissants was something on my bucket list.
