We can't thank Romain enough for our wonderful introduction to Paris. Romain shared his home town with us, provided an overview on the history of each site we visited and shared tips for our stay. From the moment we emerged from the métro on a sparkling Sunday morning in October and spotted the little yellow and black 2CV (Juliette) tucked into a side street we knew we were in for a treat. Romain greeted us warmly and asked us if there was anything we would particularly like to see. My niece wanted to experience the traffic around l’Arc de Triomphe (negotiated with great skill) and we left the rest up to Romain. He took us round some fascinating and tucked away parts of Paris giving us an insider’s view of the history of his city, we had the top down the whole time and it was lovely looking up at the buildings around us. We finished the tour in style when Romain dropped us off at the Opéra Garnier for the lunch time concert we were attending – what a way to arrive! The little car was magnificent – and we appreciate that Romain probably had to queue for ages to get the correct grade of petrol due to the refinery strikes in France. Thank you, Romain, for a truly memorable experience and thanks to Cédric for being so easy to communicate with. Christina, Lucy and Olivia

This was the perfect way to get an overview of the city in an open top, vintage Citroen! First time to Paris and we did this tour on our first morning, with our driver Amin in his car, "Louise"! Amin is a great guy, fun, informative and took us by all the landmarks which gave us a feel for places we wanted to return to during our visit. The bottle of champagne was the perfect touch for Paris!
