    Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where the host will provide the tickets. Enjoy access to the 1st and 2nd floor by elevator. Marvel at spectacular views of Paris. Meet with your host first at the meeting location, in front of the Le Champ de Mars Café located at 45 Avenue de la Bourdonnais. Exchange your vouchers to your Eiffel Tower entry tickets and from there join your host as they accompany you until the 2nd floor of the tower.

  • Disabled visitors and visitors with reduced mobility can visit only the 1st and 2nd floors by lift but the summit floor is not accessible to them for safety reasons, notably if they had to be evacuated urgently.
  • Wheelchair accessible: The Eiffel Tower is wheelchair-accessible only up to the second floor.

    The Eiffel Tower was absolutely beautiful up close and personal. The panoramic views were insane. This was our first experience and we loved it.

    I thought there would be less queuing at Eiffel Tower, it was difficult to locate the meeting point for tour guide and I couldn’t hear the guide commentary (which was interesting but very hard to hear). Champs de Mars metro closed so I had to go to Bir-Hakeim and find my way round. This was a little stressful and a map or metro travel news might have helped here.

    Der Eifelturm ist fantastisch! Die Organisation war chaotisch! Die Leistung schnell an der Lane vorbei zum Aufzug zu kommen wurde nicht erbracht. Für diese Karten viel mehr zu bezahlen ist unnötig gewesen ???? ein Flop!
