    Begin your tour near the base of the Eiffel Tower, where your expert guide will give you an introduction to the structure. From here, walk with your guide to the ticket entrance of the Eiffel Tower where you’ll have your first opportunity for a close-up look at the monument while we arrange your tickets. Please note that during busy periods, there may be a wait to clear the line for the stairs and security. This comprehensive tour is typically scheduled to last for 2,5 hours, though wait times at security checks can sometimes increase the tour duration. Rest assured that these lines will move much quicker than the line for the elevator! If there is a wait, your guide will use this time to explain the fascinating history of the Tower’s creation.

Upon booking you can upgrade your Eiffel Tower experience by adding a visit to the highest level: the summit! Your guide will accompany you straight to the Summit, give you some free time to enjoy the panoramic views before returning to the 2nd floor to carry on with your panoramic tour

  • For operating reasons or capacity control in addition to weather, the summit may not be accessible. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit, even if it reopens during your tour. In this event, you will be refunded the price of the summit access within 5-10 days. The refund will be processed automatically, so there is no need to contact Viator.
  • We will do everything within our control to ensure timings and itineraries are respected. However, due to the popularity of the Eiffel Tower, we sometimes experience delays from security, or ticket desk lines while purchasing your entrance tickets. In peak months (April to October), school holidays and on weekends, please expect a minimum wait time of 30mn at the first security check and 45mn at the ticket desk line. In low season (November to March outside school holidays and weekends), please expect a minimum wait time of 15mn at the first security check and 30mn at the ticket desk line.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

This is a scam. You pay overprice to get to 3rd level but it is not delivered. The ”guide” doesnt know anything about what is on offer. You Will stand in all lines, You Will not get your tickets when promised. You Will have a guide reading directly from Google not knowing how ti say the mist famous sights. The guide Will ask You to take all questions with ”management”. Don’t buy the trip!!! This trip have NO advantage from doing it yourself.

I booked the visit to the Eiffel Tower about 4 hours before the scheduled time and I did not receive any information on where to meet up with the guide and the rest of the group. When we arrived it was already too late. The tour had started. We called in and were able to join another group the next morning. There was nothing wrong with the tour, just complete lack of information. My son was so disappointed that he didn't want to go the next day, so we asked for a refund. After a long wait on the phone it was declined since they offered a tour the next day.
