You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

We paid for a summit tour at 8.30am. we were at the meeting point 15mins early as asked but ended up waiting 65mins to get on the 1st elevator. guides were hard to distinguish and didn't communicate at all. We could not fit on the 1st evaluator with our group and so were left behind to figure everything out ourselfs. We didn't get the tour experience at all. very disappointing.

Your guide never turned up. You guys are a scam give our money back, you guys have charged us 2.5 time extra.

We met at 8 AM for an 8:30 tour. We didn’t get into the tower until close to 10. We had to wait in the “no tickets” line. Optional summit does not mean you have the option of going to the summit. We could not. Overall, it was disappointing. We could have gone at 8 AM and waited in the line without paying the surcharge to Viator. Tour guide was very nice, but did nothing except get us our ticket.
