Please do not buy tickets here, we brought and went to meeting point no one showed up , Eiffel Tower information desk and no tickets or details brought tickets from this company, highly recommend that no one buys tickets with this company, We had a lovely day all day but got spoiled as we were unable to get up to see site seeing . Scam

I purchased three tickets before our trip to Paris. We arrived at the Eiffel Tower and became quickly confused by the many lines. We showed the tickets I had saved both saved on my phone and printed out. One worker directed us to the first line for ticket holders to go through security. Once through, we were still unsure where to meet. It also took longer to get through that first line, so it was past the hour of our scheduled tour. There are different lines for those buying tickets (stairs/elevator), and I spoke with another worker who took one look at our tickets booked through Tripadvisor and told me they weren't valid. I was told it was likely a scam by Tripadvisor, and the only way to be assured that one has valid tickets is to buy through the official website in advance. I had tried to do that, but no online tickets were available during our 7-day stay. That's why I turned to Tripadvisor. We then proceeded to wait for about an HOUR to buy tickets for access via the stairs. So I lost the money for my Tripadvisor tour and we had to buy new tickets and wait. This was very poorly organized, and communication obviously wasn't sufficient. My advice is NOT to buy through Tripadvisor. The lines are long, but the workers said you can always wait in line and get tickets even during peak season. Other online tours worked out, but do NOT buy Eiffel Tower tickets through Tripadvisor. Better to wait in line and buy official ones at the Tower once you arrive.
