There you will taste the iconic “Crottin de Chavignol” cheese. You will learn about the process and will enjoy spending some time in the barn with the goats Situated in the regions of Pouilly-Fumé and Sancerre, you will visit two vineyards and meet some passionate winemakers. You will visit their wineries and taste their wines (red, rosé, white). Almost 10 wine tastings during your day! You will discover the wine making process, visit caves and fermentation process rooms. You will walk in the fields of vines In a hilltop middle-age village we selected for you a local French Restaurant. The classic French set luncheon menu is made only with fresh local products Then you will walk in narrow streets of Sancerre. This was an unforgettable experience. I had the pleasure of taking this tour in July of 2023 with my mother as part of a small group of four, which made for an intimate and more enjoyable adventure. Brice was our tour guide and drove us himself the entire day. He is a family man with a passion for wine, its production, and its enjoyment. On this trip you will learn about the nuances of wine making and leave with a greater appreciation for it and for those who labor to capture perfection in a bottle. If you’re visiting Paris on holiday, you must take this trip. You may even get to pet a goat or two along the way. Bon voyage!

We had a great day with Brice exploring Pouilly & Sancerre. We started at a goat cheese farm where we saw the process of making goat cheese & we tasted several different cheese. We met 2 winemakers and learned all about the heritage of the area and the craft of winemaking and the impact the soil and environment can have on the wine. We were able to explore the cute town of Sancerre. Brice is a great tour guide, super knowledgeable & passionate about wine. It was a perfect day trip outside of the hustle and bustle of Paris.

It was a fantastic tour. Brice was on time and available to help anyone who needed it. The van was comfortable and very clean for our drive. The views were amazing and we received knowledge along the way, but not so much that you couldn’t relax and enjoy the tour. We had time to ourselves as well. We met two different winemakers and had the opportunity to walk around the goat farm. The wine was delicious and everyone was so accommodating. The trip lasted all day and kept to a good schedule, not rigid, just on time. I highly recommend it.
