Learn how to make classic French baguettes and croissants with an expert Parisian baker during this two-hour baking workshop. Using recipes handed down for generations, you’ll discover the baker’s secrets of creating the perfect bread. This hands-on experience takes place behind the scenes of a traditional French bakery in Paris, and of course includes tastings of fresh baguettes and croissants! This small-group experience is limited to ten people, ensuring you’ll receive personal attention from your instructor.

A highlight on our trip for the whole family (including 5yo and 11yo french-student kids)! We were treated to a feast of information, good humor, as well as delicious baguettes and croissants. Didier made the time so special for children and parents, he clearly delights in teaching and in high-quality baking. Highest recommendation.

La clase es muy divertida el panadero francés es muy amable y nos explico muy al detalle las materias primas como la harina y levadura, el mismo la procesa y garantiza la excelente calidad en sus productos. Elaboramos pan baguette y armamos los croissant y lo más espectacular fue probarlos sin lugar a duda los más deliciosos que comí en todo parís

There were lots of highlights on our trip to France but learning to make bake baguettes and croissants was one of the best! The owner was so passionate and energetic. We learned a lot and throughly enjoyed the whole experience.
