Although we are not completly bilingual a translator was made avail for the class. In fine form we arrived 5-10 min late but were not flogged with a baguette. The whole experience was informative , friendly and entertaining. I will attempt croissants on return home and send Didier the photo...good or bad he's getting a picture...lol...set in a working family bakery that mills their own flour...great facility and great staff!
