Learn how to make classic French baguettes and croissants with an expert Parisian baker during this two-hour baking workshop. Using recipes handed down for generations, you’ll discover the baker’s secrets of creating the perfect bread. This hands-on experience takes place behind the scenes of a traditional French bakery in Paris, and of course includes tastings of fresh baguettes and croissants! This small-group experience is limited to ten people, ensuring you’ll receive personal attention from your instructor.

Although we are not completly bilingual a translator was made avail for the class. In fine form we arrived 5-10 min late but were not flogged with a baguette. The whole experience was informative , friendly and entertaining. I will attempt croissants on return home and send Didier the photo...good or bad he's getting a picture...lol...set in a working family bakery that mills their own flour...great facility and great staff!

BEST BEST BEST experience. The chef himself doesn’t speak English but we understood everything he said. It was fun, the chef is hysterically funny, we didn’t want to leave & the bonus was we actually learned something. Must do

What an amazing experience to learn from such a wonderful Baker. We had the greatest time and loved the humor, happiness, education and knowledge passed on to us. I can’t recommend this experience enough!
