Join us at the Edwart Atelier and put yourself in a chocolatier’s shoes. Located just in front of the Tuileries Garden, Discover our production methods, plunge yourself into chocolate making and bring home your creations to impress your friends and family! This workshop is recommended for adults, families, and kids aged 12 and over. In this workshop we will make hand rolled and dipped pralinés rochers, created completely from scratch. Every participant leaves with a diploma, all recipes, and a signature Edwart gift bag filled with chocolates you have made yourselves! NB: Classes are added to the schedule based on demand and availability, so thank you for checking your messages to confirm the start time. We do our best to work with all clients and chocolatiers to come up with the best organization and scheduling for everyone! Sending us a message with multiple options or a window of your availability increases the chance that we can accommodate your party.

From the moment we entered the shop, the staff at Edwart Chocolatiers was nothing short of warm. Our teacher, Elise, was so wonderful and kind! We all had a blast, such a wholesome fun experience to share with friends and family!

This experience took approx. an hour and was filled with fun. Lisa was a blast to work with and was a definite expert in chocolate. We did do some hands-on chocolate making with her assistance. This is a quick fun activity to do with older children 13+ and adults. We were able to make an abundance of chocolate to go as well as a tasting and receiving a little discount on other items that we purchased in store. The shop is located on a main street and has ease of access.

Lisa, Lisa, Lisa..... you made our chocolate world go round! What a stellar class and projects you provided for our family of five. From booking, to greeting, to producing and presenting.... our collective experience could not have been better! This class was a "secret surprise" for our seven year old granddaughter on her first trip to Paris with all of us learning and participating as well. With multiple food allergies to consider, you helped us make great choices and even provided an eggless chocolate birthday cake treat for us to try. We can't wait to try your egg substitutions at home in the next chocolate cake! It's rare these days to find people who are so willing to share their expertise and exceed the expectations of those with whom they interact. You, Lisa, are the quintessential teacher who shares your passion, gives of yourself, and provides a value-added experience.
