    Scam!! Terrible customer services!! No way to refund! We bought it a couple of weeks prior to our trip to Paris and we realized that we literally cannot use it anywhere since the places are either fully booked for ParisPass holders or do not accept ParisPass, so we did not use it and immediately tried to cancel and get refund through their website, their whatsapp and their phone numbers. After a month no response whatsoever unlike the fact that they gaurantee on their website you can cancel it within 90 days if not activated. I think they would just continue with not responding within 90 days so that your time is over to cancel and so that they won't need to pay you back! I just realized that I am not alone in this and many people could not get their money back even if their conditions is acceptable for the refund! Never Buy this!

    NO LO COMPREN Hace 3 años el París Pass funcionaba excelent, actualmente ya es un engaño. Nunca te mencionan que hay diferentes días para museos y atracciones, ya no incluyen boletos de transporte como antes. Te obligan a hacer reservaciones con otros tours lo cual antes no sucedía, solo llegabas, presentabas tu pase y te dejaban entrar rápido y sin problemas. Tienes que hacer reservación, poner los datos de tu tarjeta y si no asistes te pueden cobrar hasta $100 euros! Debes de hacer fila en para poder adquirir tus boletos lo cual no tiene sentido porque lo promocionan como si ya no hicieras filas. Su aplicación no sirve para nada!

    Hexcel was one of the best people that we had met on our trip to Europe. She was simply amazing and went above and beyond for us. We can't thank her enough. Highly recommend her and the Eiffel tower tour that she took us on. 11/10 for Hexcel! A real gem
